The exhibition Narrare at Hahndorf came about after a period of travelling in Europe. I had an opportunity to stay with a travelling circus in Italy and there I observed the colourful night lit scenes of the performers. As an artist I was having fun with the subject and enjoying the direct nature of applying watercolour.
